There are many technical challenges that will teach you a lot, especially when joining a new business line or building a new capability. This provides the opportunity to grow along with the business's needs.

Cons

Sometimes it can be unclear who reports to whom, and communication can be very siloed, and it matters who you know to be in the loop.

Remote work, cool products and technology

Cons

Department runs very lean, internal processes are not aligned to work initiatives and priorities. Compensation - some compensation is aligned, but many salaries are under industry standard for high tech SaaS Products, and bonuses are either below standard, or not offered depending on position level
