Pros

- The team is great and you don't feel alone when facing a customer because there is always someone that will answer you questions. - The salary is also good. - They make sure you feel comfortable as an employee. - There are a lot of opportunities to grow in the company. - They encourage you to take certifications and keep learning while working. - As a consultant, you can work full remote.

Cons

- For some people you have to do a 4-month preparation before you have actual customers.

Pros

I had a complete and satisfying onboarding from HR. Great benefits as a full-time employee, I'd never experienced "Wellness days" before. I enjoy working with very talented multi-national teams, always willing to help.

Cons

The employment is very recent, so I'm unclear about career expectations.
