Pros

- Dynatrace truly cares about their employees, not by posting and talking about their core values, but by the actions of ALL employees. - The culture is second to none. It's something that you feel when you're in the office and around colleagues, not just an advertisement for future candidates. I get excited for Monday mornings! - Salary ranges are more than competitive for the market. Very realistic opportunities for employees as well. Growth can be shown by data and is a focus by leadership groups. - Denver office is in a prime location! Employees showing up in-office is highly encouraged. One of the few companies I applied for that did not forget how important it is to build a community in person! Remote work is also an option for those that require the accommodation. - High transparency from leadership, including our CEO Rick McConnell. They make sure information regarding the company is accessible through multiple avenues. Employees always have a way to know what's going on now and in the future.

Cons

- R&D/Dev teams are only in Europe which could be a downside for those that want more technical roles in their career path. - Scaling quickly is tough and better organization within each department would be nice to have.

Pros

Management sets clear expectations and communicates well. The PDP (Professional development program) helps you learn about the job in a lower-pressure environment. The culture is very supportive and there are a lot of opportunities to advance within the company.

Cons

Pay is decent, but could be better.
