Located downtown in booming Detroit at Ford Field, it's really awesome as a football fan to see not only the stadium but also the field every morning while walking to the office.

Cons
I choose to be positive as much as possible as it helps to move forward. Focusing on any negative for more than "how can I improve this" is really a waste of valuable time whether it be in personal or professional environments.
That said, any cons of substance that I encounter related to my work environment are brought to management's attention and dealt with.
