      Pros

      * Dynatrace is a very well organized company. All the onboarding was perfectly managed with rich content to support me along the way, including a knowledge database of all the products. * A lot of positive energy. Everyone is hugely excited about the Dynatrace products and are passionate about how their role contributes to the overall success.

      * I've only been here a short while but can honestly say I haven't found anything so far.

      The location is awesome but sound tends to carry through the office building. Can be a distraction

      Pros

      Decent products, good pay, good benefits, decent training, allows for remote work.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't have a pulse on the employees and culture, and that is why they are losing to the competitors more than they should. Ever since TB buyout, it has been about the bottom line and not about the people. The culture is terrible, and they can't seem to get any significant enhancements out the door without tons of delays and issue

      We appreciate your review. We make sure to provide good pay and benefits for all of our employees. We acknowledge that Dynatrace has undergone a fair amount of recent change, but with those changes come great opportunities and a new, exciting and optimistic chapter within the company culture.
