      Pros

      Product is evolving quickly, Nice colleagues. They invest in your knowledge if you’re willing to do. You can move up the ladder pretty quickly if motivated enough. You get flexibilty, remote working

      Cons

      For some clients there’s less Data Analysis and more account managing, The team culture is dead and most people seem depressed or just lacking interest in their jobs. Sometimes there’s some good old-fashioned micromanaging. Lack of transparency or honesty.

      Pros

      Israeli team is very talented and friendly. Great office, interesting product to work on, local management is very approachable.

      Cons

      HQ is in Austria and sometimes it feels like we can have less impact from Tel Aviv because we are just a satellite lab.
