      Pros

      You can pick from multiple projects, career development plan, trainings, compatitive salaries. You will be part of the largest IT company in Szeged and meet with many good colleagues.

      Cons

      Although there is still chance to rotate to another project there is a small chance that you will stick in one project for years and work could be boring.

      401k match up to 2% per year. Medical and dental insurance. Relocation bonuses and 10k interest free loan for 1 year.

      Cons

      People are mostly from Eastern Europe on work visas. Not a big deal, just miscommunication occurs a bit more frequently with some crispy fresh newcomers. Company doesn't have significant own projects, mostly outsourcing and subcontracting.
