      Pros

      There are many professionals, there are many free training. Free coffee and tea, table tennis, ps3, xbox, music room, cool corporate parties.

      Cons

      Few java projects, some of them could be not very modern (java 1.6 and so on). А few java team, so you have to work in distributed team. Salary is less than an average.

      Top-notch colleagues with excellent technical skills. Projects with latest technologies. Projects which support to be decorated with certifications.

      Cons

      Projects which uses old tehnologies, you are not always in control which project you are working on. Some project doesn't support to get certifications.

      Pros

      Company carries about it's employees (so once your project is over you can easily find something else inside the company) Good salary. Good options for growing (as specialist), that includes performance reviews, IT events (like conferences, presentations and meetings).

      Cons

      Unfortunately, processing within project, relation between developer->manager, depends on people, so will vary between projects. Personally, I was involved in two project: the first one (bank account) had perfect (almost ideal) processes, technology overview (and changing them all the time). However, on the second no processes, old technologies.
