Pros

There is only one really: - Fully home office

Cons

I'm writing this review for those who are considering working at epam and are reading the comments here. - Career development is not transparent; it is riddled with bureaucratic obstacles and subjective evaluations. The entire process is based on putting obstacles in the way of employees being able to get or even request promotions. - The fact that salaries are paid in foreign currency is being used as an excuse for not giving raises or salary increases. In the last year and a half, the price of food vouchers has only increased by $20. The current food vouchers is even below entry-level jobs (warehouse manager, store manager, etc.). And they announced it proudly. Personally, I've never gotten a raise in one and half year, and my wage has reached half of its reel value when I accepted the offer. In one and half year, In the last year and a half, I only received one bonus payment, a $300 bonus at the end of a project. - To satisfy the client of the project you've been assigned, your working hours may be rearranged, and you may be asked to work overtime without pay. - They opt for Demir Sağlık for their insurance because it's the cheapest option. Despite many employees complaining about the insurance payments, the company ignores the complaints and renews its contract with Demir Sağlık every year. - Zero or none prestige for your future role. Everyone sees EPAM as cheap outsourcing.
