EPAM had very good big corporate culture. Good for beginners to learn strong basic of software development, and gives good possibilities for talented people. Gives training, supports self learning. For seniors gives variety of works, ability of different kind of projects.

Have big corporate culture, some type of people unmotivated in this environment.
