If you're Junior that might be a good place to start because of decent mentoring programs and overall approach to learning.

Cons

More Senior positions are not handled well in terms of growth and salary, benefits are not that competitive. New projects are quite a mess, not the best place to be at

Pros

An excellent company for beginners to start with, which has built a powerful personnel training system. The number of different oppotunities with which you can develop your expertise is quite large. Very friendly and open atmosphere in project teams. Colleagues are always ready to help and share their experience

Cons

Disgusting management that doesn’t communicate at all and keeps you in the dark about current rules in the company (for example, frozen assessments and revisions of compensation). Non-competitive salary with the market without payment of any bonuses if you do not overtime. Quiet dismissals after 3 months on the bench. Recognition is at zero, motivation drops exponentially
