      - In general Epam gives lots of opportunities for further development like mentoring programs (you can be a mentor or a mentee), Engineering and Soft Skills courses, language courses; - Great and loyal management; - Interesting and challenging projects; - Huge community of Tech Specialists; - Comfortable office; - Good benefits package.

      Every big company has some managers that behaves odd on a different levels. Unfortunately this company is not an exception. But hopefully I met only couple from thousands.
