Getting a raise is a huge problem, "eastern" way of working (some management people don't understand "modern" needs of feeling an impact or quality of work), extremely rigid system of job titles, overall quality of employees is meh

Salary and assessment freeze. "More quality for less money" is the moto of Georgian management. Tourist status for employees. Salary delays. Bias toward Russians.
