      No job security, it is a freelancing platform.

      Pros

      1) Remote 2) offer good money 3) Internal platform is good.

      Cons

      1) No job security, you will be laid off if on bench for 1 month. 2) Staffing people are very inefficient, won't consider your expectations 3) Very less and short duration projects. 4) India people are given less priority and HR do not help.
