      Toxic political climate, esp in EU Progress depends on your political alignment not performance Silo'd business structures Command and control delivery structure

      Engineering culture - EPAM thrives on strong Engineering DNA, with excellent engineering strength, continuous learning, excellence engineering process/tool adoption. All round development - with a variety of projects to choose from, and healthy internal process & smart colleagues to work with, EPAM is definitely a good place to build career for engineers. Stong AI focus - EPAM is attempting to become AI first company, with much focus on AI training, adoption and promotion .

      Cons

      As EPAM is attempting to achieve next growth phase, stock is currently undervalued by market.
