Pros

No pros at this point.

Cons

The company is slowly deteriorating. No pay raises in four years, management is getting worse, benefits are being cut, and internal communication is terrible. Everyone, especially managers, is burned out, and nobody is doing anything about it.

Bad experience with Epam

Pros

+ Medical insurance + Flexible schedule + Nice office + Manager's support

Cons

- Low Salaries & Broken Promises – The company often misrepresents its financial situation or makes false promises about salary increases. Even after advancing to a mid-level position, employees may not see the expected raise. - Misrepresentation of Roles – Junior designers are hired for senior positions, their CVs are inflated with fictional experience, and clients are misled—yet these designers are still paid poorly. - Limited Investment in Ukraine – The company does not prioritize Ukraine, resulting in lower budgets for its offices in the region. - Language Preferences – Speaking Russian instead of English is generally accepted in the workplace. - Mismatched Assignments – UX/UI designers are often assigned to unsuitable projects, such as creating presentations, without consideration for their expertise or interests.
