It is good job for those who possess few skills and need some money to earn.
Cons
- Instead of increasing quality of managers they increase amount of them. - A lot of incompetent and rude people especially at Barclays division. - They are trying very delicately still your many by accounting tricks and referring to interbank currency market as the thing that prevent them pay you as it was greed. - Too noisy work environment. - Too much provincial toadies who are ready throw you to dirt for promotion or a couple of cents that add up to their earnings. - Chosen people all around.
