      Pros

      Offers a large internal training database, although 90% of it is theoretical (except languages - English courses are great). Provides assistance with legalization in the country. Colleagues are mostly really supportive.

      Cons

      Salary is frozen, making it difficult to receive raises within a year. Career growth within the company is challenging. Working conditions vary significantly depending on the specific project.
