WLB is good and Managers are supportive. Lot of learning opportunities. Client Interviews are little tough but worthwhile. Good WFH policies. No Time tracking.

Cons

Once selected in the project, It all depends on client what type of work you will be working , regardless of technical interview.

I am writing this review with my 1 month of experience with in EPAM. Really I love the culture here. The company policies are very much open and transparent to the employees. In my view EPAM is a place where every employee will wish to work with. ***Pros***: ------------ Full Time Work From Anywhere facility. Good number of client and easy to get placed into a project with in no time. Good work environment. Management from each and every department are good at what they do. Open policy for relocation. Many internal tools to learn and grew in career. Career development programs and policies.

Cons

Nothing much as per my 1 month of experience with EPAM Anywhere.
