      Pros

      The team I'm working with is amazing. people are generally nice. Lots of career opportunities. Company management always tries to improve.

      Cons

      Some guys in upper-management are... grr... they don't really fit the culture company tries to build. The same goes for some teams, i.e. not all of EPAM is as good as it tries to be.
