      Pros

      well-structured and actually working development methodologies such as scrum innovative enough even though our project is a bigger one (really, 1 year old technologies and deployment processes are tried out and used if it makes sense) great quality processes as well

      Cons

      management cannot negotiate an equal relationship between the outsourcing company and the client, so the feeling is in the air constantly that we are vendors (e.g. decisions made on this fact, less permissions etc)

      Has a lot of benefits(paid vacations, seek days etc). Could help and direct you. Flexible.

      Cons

      A lot of tracking systems, various managing systems which are hard to understand and no explanation what is major and what is the minor.
