      many opportunities, many projects, many internal learning resources and wide contact area

      Cons

      everything depends on a project you are assigned, sometimes projects are quite short, sometimes people are not very welcome

      - there seem to be a lot of possibilities for development - family life is possible - mostly business as usual after takeover

      Cons

      - a lot of (unnecessary) bureaucracy, that sometimes hinders qualified people to make decissions - very bad integration after takeover left a bad first impression

      Best Work Place and second home

      Employee First (Employees are first priority as assets & are above everything) Continuous Learning (Lot of internal training's & access to lot of learning portals) Support from administration. Team culture and team spirit in everything we do. Following and sharing best practices. Insurance benefits to ensure best support during bad times.

      None exist and I am trying to find one.
