Great start job Good and high level education and supervision Many benefits, good equipment Really supportive and experienced people around, you can always ask for advice and be sure you’ll get one and with high quality

Cons

Very often it’s difficult to get a promotion to the next level or wages increase, you need to prove your value with a lot of additional paper and theoretical work even if you have a great practical performance

Perfect working environment for beginners. You have an opportunity to spend some time on bench between projects - you're not fired upon project completion. Corporate social responsibility. Medical insurance provided. Benefits (Multisport, language courses, etc.) Initiatives for parents and their children.

Cons

Non-transparent management work. People get fired due to absence of projects, while others are hired for the same positions (why?..). Salaries are below market. Assessments freeze.
