* earning in USD in Turkiye * remote working * getting compensation if you do OVT ( overtime) * supportive self improvement (tech or soft skills)culture

Cons

* benefits might be better (like working env. support payment for remote workers, internet fee compensation , refund for gym memberships etc.) *More offline events might be better (as remote worker we dont know each other face to face)
