Pros

Good opportunity for juniors to start and get valuable experience and get familiar with cutting-edge technologies.

Cons

Quite hard to get promotion. Even if you pass assessment - it's not a guarantee that you will receive salary increase. I know a lot of cases, when it happened, and managers told that there is no money for increase (or they do minimal increase for 50-300 euro gross). No annual indexation (even for inflation rate). Lower salary comparing to market. Nearly no options for relocation anymore. Quite high average salary relates to the fact, that in Vilnius there are lots of EPAM managers, and they have quite big salaries. But usual engineers have not so big salaries.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear your positive note about opportunities for juniors. By hiring and developing juniors, we contribute to the growth of the local tech sector while enabling them to bring fresh perspectives and energy to our teams. We appreciate your perspective and understand that compensation and career growth are important topics. Compensation trends are shaped by a range of factors, including shifts in specific work and skills demand, changes in the tech industry and the broader economic climate. As a result, compensation growth is a dynamic process that echoes professional growth and shifting demand in skills, and may change over time. Regarding relocation, we continue to support it when there is a business need - having a work for a specific talent in targeted location. We are looking optimistic into our future as EPAM shows a positive trend in the publicly reported Q3 2025 results. We also work hard on bringing more relevant and AI-native work to our people, which has been recognized by many analysts, agencies and clients, including recent award from Microsoft: https://www.epam.com/about/newsroom/press-releases/2025/epam-wins-the-2025-microsoft-innovate-with-azure-ai-platform-partner-of-the-year-award Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.
