Pros
Stable company for lazy and incompetent people that don't have ambitions and are waiting only for a retirement.
Cons
Salaries are not equal for the same working position and also lower than average for the same IT positions in the county. Bad business culture, incompetent colleagues and management without any knowledge for managing. If you're are a hard worker they will only exploit you without any reward or opportunity for grow. The working atmosphere is very negative. The mindset of the HR department is very very wrong, they think that are higher in position than everybody without any good vision for future employees, grow for them and the company.
