      Pros

      If you want some place that do not go away from komunism that is. Big companies with no strategic thinking of management. Compliance and everything else stay only on paper. Procurement made for special contractors

      Cons

      So if you are friend to senior management you are ok. If you work hard probably will have a problem. If you work hard and with hearth and want to change things inside then surely you wil have a problem
