      Pros

      If you can play "stupid" you are on the right track. "Stupid" employees are more valued than others and very often are rewarded with bonuses and salaries. So being "stupid" in this company counts a lot! If you can do this a impending retirement in this company is guarantied.

      Cons

      Loyal employees are often treated poorly because they are loyal and employers think they will not leave. Especially in the IT department! Middle management sucks the life of employees and is an absolute morale killer. They only care about filling their pockets with money and don't care at all about the employees. Salaries are poor in relation to other companies in the country. It all looks nice on the outside. But the content inside is rotten.

      Pros

      EVN Macedonia is like a bad apple, beautiful from the outside rotten from the inside. It’s ok to work for this company until you bite the apple.

      Cons

      The IT senior and middle management achieving goals are usually far from their capabilities with no real practical capacity and taking places of true professionals in company structures. HR senior management and most of the employees in that department is complete pile of rubbish that it’s rotting the whole company structures and working environment.

      Poor management and not a very professional environment, not a lot of competent people in the business division
