Fantastic benefits, provides reimbursement for gender transitional services that aren't covered by insurance, provides 3 months of career services to find a new job if removed from role

Cons

All time spent during the day must be entered into timesheet under project codes which forces there to be no downtime during the day and any lack of work must be made up by finding something to do continuously
