Pros

Unlimited vacation Great leave benefits if you need to take them Some extra compensation benefits - $1000 a year reimbursement for health stuff that includes a lot of things like tennis shoes, sports lessons, health food/weight loss

Cons

It is more about playing the political game in this larger company than focusing on doing your job well if you are in the business support side. I have friends that moved to client-serving side and it is better benefits and better working experience. Better compensation and faster promotion process. More focus on the quality of work than playing the political game. Not as many growth opportunities/compensation on the business support side.
