Pros

You can work remotely often.

Cons

If you are not vaccinated, you can't go into the EY office, you can't go to a client site (even if the client allows unvaccinated ppl in their office) and you can't attend an EY sponsored event. The complete opposite of inclusion. Also, there isn't really a career path at EY within CBS (core business services). It's very difficult to get promoted at EY too.

Too much work, zero work life balance, salary not aligned to work being done, recently started feeling biased
