Pros

You will handle accounts on your own as a junior. Carrer growth is pretty fast and you will always be learning something from the exposure you get. Opportunities will be there.

Cons

Too much responsability. There is always going to be work to be done so overtime is highly expected, sometimes even on weekends. Salary is too low for this kind of work.

Working with people from all over the world; special events and conferences in hotels; after busy season parties; awards and recognitions; you can get to senior in 2 years with hard work; great addition to your resume that will make the difference; other companies want you because they know all the tough things you go through this job.

Cons

No work-life balance at all; work tons of extra hours; impossible to study for college and work here; they constantly give you more and more work; no home office policy; payment is really low.
