Pros

- a lot of different people to work with - a lot of different clients (biggest private companies in Croatia) - free coffee, lunch break about 30-45 min a day, - place to chill and play table soccer / picado - great work to start with after graduation - after getting the senior position in the company, easy to transfer to another job for much higher salary

Cons

- work hours (10-14 hours a day depending on the season/ time of the year and your client (worst are the banks) - sometimes toxic culture - in a sense that everyone work in open space so it can be boring to listen so many people in one big room - salary is very low (around 1100-1200 net for first position in the company - audit assistant) - travel if you have clients in hospitality with HQ at the seaside (it can go all the way to 1,1.5 month away at your client where you work whole day)
