Pros

Structure is flat. Experience mostly depends on section and team you work for. Good partner and manager usually ensures flexibility. You will find cooperative and very capable colleagues who will push you to be better. HR's scope of work is kow in Bangladesh, but actually tries to work for employees. Diverse range of projects, good learning opportunity, tag may help you later. I felt dynamic work and colleagues are really helping to grow me. Can be a good stepping stone if you can handle the cons.

Cons

Clients can be very pathetic. Expectations are high, may push you a lot. Pressure at times. Meeting client deadlines, quality research works and so many documentations can be hectic at times. No central culture so rigid manager or partner may cause issues. Bureaucracy exists between Bangladesh and India. Benefits are not very lucrative. No WPPF, LFA etc. So need to negotiate well during joining.
