Pros
Provide opportunity for learning, movement through the organization to try new roles which help develop broader skills. They trust you to do the work. It's great that they say here's what we want, go figure it out. Very autonomous and to trust in you to succeed
Cons
Over focus on numbers and at every level and role in the organization. Multiple weekly meetings to review revenue against plan, starts to create diminishing returns. Just doesn't feel right for an advisory firm to spend so much time on numbers. Focus on the clients and the relationships.
