Pros

Exposure to a lot of large companies that you would not get otherwise. Leadership is taking measures to revive the culture, but effects wont be seen for a couple more years at least.

Cons

Almost always treated with hostility by major clients. Its very rare to have a client that wants to work with you.

Pros

Good exposure to advanced technologies and big data solutions. Excellent collaboration between cross-functional teams and upstream data teams which made projects successful. The technical challenges were stimulating and helped me grow my data engineering skills. Management supported innovation and provided resources to implement modern data solutions.

Cons

Project timelines could be tight at times since working with foreign clients, creating occasional stress. Some processes required excessive documentation. Communication between global teams sometimes caused delays in decision-making.
