Pros

NY location is great because of the wide range of multicultural interaction. EY offers good benefits and flexible work arrangements. Opportunities to move up and around the globe are available after 1 year of service. Wealth of knowledge on your role are easily available to you.

Cons

Management is overworked to even address any business and personal issues. Recommendations are not often recognized. Non client facing positions do not offer bonus and the position pays little in performance annual increase. Starting salary are relatively low compared to other Big 4 companies.
