Pros

EY has truly low-key people who are all very personable, approachable and dedicated to coaching. The top leadership is very inspiring and offers great flexibility and support to employees. Plenty of training, generous reimbursement, big clients and cool projects

Cons

Office politics matter, especially when you get higher through the rank It is not that easy to move between different service lines. You have to network really hard

Pros

Decently people-oriented, possible to manage some work-life balance, decent ben & comp packaged, some really great people to meet, very interesting projects, possibility to be involved in many things (client work, publications, training, recruiting etc.), leadership generally try to care about all employees

Cons

You can easily just become anonymous in such a big firm, salary is only just decent, bonuses are ridiculous, people with right relationships can crush you, hours can become crazy b/c many people are just very good at pretending to work and you end up with the workload, firm is so complicated that is has become a huge maze to navigate,
