Pros

No pros in this company

Cons

-Verbally they will say to give the buyout and joining bonus but after sending the offer letter they will just say that they need to take approvals and it will take time. - Management changes the policies like clothes . Policy differ from person to person . Manager give threats . Management doesn't even bother to reply for the query asked. - No Leave Encashment , Leave policy changed - HR directly doesn't talk to the employee they involve manager into this and whatever manager says HR says the same thing. - They give roles irrespective of the skills . I have seen developers doing excel work and testing in one of their Dell EMC project. - No hikes ,very less bonus , bonus percent not mention on offer letter as they say Big four company doesn't do that. - Worst compensation structure - They will ask you to join early and will say they will give buyout pay don't believe them and they will hire you in 10 days but will keep their notice period for 90 days. - No leave policies mentioned on offer letter . There offer letter is of 2 pages only

Pros

Absolutely None! I thought for good 10 minutes to see if i can remember any.

Cons

1. Worst salaries. For some people, a major coffee retailer pays more. 2. People are treated horrible 3. Inspite of numerous people committees, there is no change to people treatment. 4. Executive management in Alpharetta Delivery center is all white and no diversity. Diversity is only on books. 5. Everyone has to be in office and if working from home it has to be begged.

Pros

Nothing that I found out except for a few year end parties.

Cons

1. No Onsite 2. You get WFH but managers remind u that its a privilege and not an entitlement 3. For every WFH u have to inform managers on why u want to take WFH 4. Heavy Politics 5. In order to grow u have to be a bootlicker 6. They don't have good ServiceNow projects 7. Most of the ServiceNow projects are internal 8. The only way to change the project is by leaving the company 9. Managers make u a fool during hiring 10. Manager/s and Senior Manager/s are the most cunning duo of the company, they will lure u into joining the company by saying sweet words but once u join u will realize that its a bigger scam than Scam 1992 11. Bad HR support. 12. Worst is managers have the full authority to decide on your future, if u dnt lick their boots u will be just another guy. 13. No proper Policy 14. Medical insurance is worst 15. 90 days notice period if u are below Senior Consultant -2 designation 16. Counsellors (Reporting Managers) are the puppet of managers, no one will fight for you even if u are deserving. 17. You cant change your counsellor even if u want. 18. Overall don't go with the outlook of the company coz this ServiceNow Team contains Scammers.
