Amazing bonus incentives in advisory team, the employer provided 2x-2.5x of the CTC mentioned bonus, work is consistently recognized via good appraisals, i know many people who got 30%-40% appraisal. They give you intellectual and personal freedom and there is no micromanaging or surveillance, other big 4s are known for. Was lucky to have a fabulous team or incredibly supportive people would have loved to continue if there wasnt location constraint for me

Cons

work hours may fluctuate but according to me the learning experience and monetary incentives more than make up for it

Colleagues and superior mindset are generally more open and always welcoming new ideas. Flexible working hours, most of the project has the chance to wfh a few days in a week.

Cons

If you're being placed in consulting line, it is expected that you would own learning before raising any question. There will be times you will handle task alone too without much support from team. But i guess that's how you grow.
