Pros

They have GLOBAL policy, CORE VALUE, all those Benefitssss STATED in the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT that give a no brainier to pick EY as the top place to work in, BUT.......

Cons

Work 13 hours a DAY, 6 Days a Week, but ONLY can charge 40 Hours a week. Overtime+Dinner Allowance= REJECTED, Complaint= GO HOME, Year End= NO Increment. At the end of the day u realise that u're like a SLAVE with a chain chocking your neck.

Pros

Introduction to the consulting field but not much more than that. You do learn how not to treat employees.

Cons

Worse company I have ever worked for. Partners only care about their specific project and does not care about your own situation. They show up occasionally to pay for a meal and an event and leave you to pick up the pieces.
