Pros

There is a lot of scope to learn at EY especially for Full Stack Developers & ML/AI engineers. The team is generally helpful and the culture is quite good. Managers are reachable and your opinion is values. It will be a good upgrade if you come from a service industry background in software development. Working hours are flexible in most cases and a lot of learning materials are available.

Cons

Work life balance can take a hot but it's not completely unmanageable. You have to split your time in a good way to maintain work like balance. Sometimes, you get pulled into too many meetings in the name of agile.
