Pros

Great training programs and resources.

Cons

The hours are inhumane considering there is not OT pay. The overtime (50-70 hours) can span for several months, even up to half the year. Not a team feel since most people are just there to get the promotions and raises.

Cons

making people work 12+ hours a day the people in the SDC make 30% + less than regular EY employee, under the guise of work life balance, however they seem to been talking advantage of the current times by having people work ridiculous hours
