Pros

Flexible work schedule (although you have to hit your 45 chargeable hours target, you can usually work it when you want.) Good benefits (like 401k matching, gym allowance, etc.)

Cons

Low salary, low raises (do not get compensated appropriately for the work expectations.) Chargeable hours have to be hit regardless of company events and other commitments - Transferring is difficult - Extremely negative / competitive environment

Pros

The culture at EY is great, and they attract friendly and diverse employees. The path for growth is straight forward.

Cons

While they make it seem like you can move and grow within the company, it is actually very hard. It is basically impossible to change groups without having another job offer lined up and threatening to quit.

Pros

Exposure and experience with various giant companies in the country. Able to gain experience faster compare to working in smaller firms.

Cons

To meet tight deadlines of every job given. You are always expected to work overtime to complete the tasks given.
