      Growing team In demand Best industry in the financial capital of Australia Training + a place to jumpstart your career

      Cons

      Cons actually outweigh the pros: -Alarmingly high turnover of top performers -Repetitive/boring engagements (you can request a diff. onet but will have repercussions) -Leadership can use some improving for performance ratings (it gets political)

      Fails significantly to address proper promotion schemes despite your best efforts (proving to be a continuous problem) High turnover compared to other teams within EY
