      Pros

      Good company to work for but the only way to succeed or improve pay is to job hop every 2 yrs. Very stable company. 24 yrs and only 3 layoffs. Eaton is a leader in inclusivity and green initiatives.

      Cons

      You must job hop to get better pay Eaton doesn’t believe in promoting to management from within. Managers are hired externally or from other parts of the organization. No incentives for growth in a technical path.
