Pros

Great culture, great people to work with, strong emphasis on internal career development. Ongoing investment effort in my current functional program. Favorable market trend for Eaton

Cons

Pay is behind market. At my current assignment location we are struggling to fill open roles within my function. Rotation experience can be hit and miss. My current assignment is great but my last assignment I was basically doing grunt work. Functional excellence lacks behind other manufacturing companies but there is current ongoing effort to transform.
