Pros

Overall a good company A lot of resources available to you Competent starting salary There are relocating bonuses

Cons

They market it as a development program but in practice the goal is to close gaps on positions/ roles that have not been able get filled . This can be very detrimental for you if you end up in a business that is already failing. Sink out swim attitude Even though they try to standardize every plant is like their own little company
