- Paid vacation days and flex time - Many different type of projects - Exposure to various engineering roles - Good leadership development program

Cons

- Very large company with somewhat confusing hierarchy - IT can be very slow (took two weeks to get a desktop) - Larger companies move a bit slower

Pros

good teams in hydraulics and aerodynamics. I was selected for internship through campus placement office. My project was well planned but this was not the case with other internees, so i was lucky in this regard. My mentor had planned out steps and monthly development which made progress easier.

Cons

A lot of teams do not have good interactions and it became difficult to get people who could help me on my project.
