Extremely poor management, extremely poor ethics, integrity and absolutely no honor. You will never encounter a more pathetic group of back stabbing, lying, job scared, racist hypocrites anywhere else on earth. Unless you're a member of one of the many screwed up families that makes up a large percentage of the employment cesspool you will absolutely be poorly treated and as if you don't belong there. You will also not be given the proper training you will need to do the job. I highly Do Not recommend EATON CO. for employment unless you fit the description I've given in all honesty .

More concerned with Wall Street and bottom line. Cut spending is the running theme during my time here. Not replacing jobs. Success is all dependent on if people like you. To be liked you have to gossip and tear your co-workers down. Worst HR group I have ever seen. They talk about each other constantly. They mock their employees. They undermine management because they think they know better. They are friends with their managers and employees feel uncomfortable without an outlet to go to because of the bias.
